What can be customised?
Customisation applies to lighting track systems and the track lights used with them. Projects can specify the light source, the driver, or a required warranty period. Component-level work such as surface finish, labels, packaging and compatible components can also be reviewed.
How does a customisation project start?
We prepare a solution proposal together with a development cost and bill of materials (BOM) for the requested configuration. Work starts once the proposal is agreed, and the approved specification becomes the reference for production and repeat orders.
What should you send first?
Send the product objective, target market, required quantity, reference image or drawing, and any fixed dimensions or electrical requirements. A complete starting brief reduces unnecessary revisions.
