The questions distributors and project buyers ask most often when a track system is specified for a new market.
How do I choose between single-phase and three-phase track?
A single-phase rail switches everything connected to it as one group. A three-phase rail assigns luminaires on the same rail to different switched groups, which suits shops and showrooms that need several lighting scenes from one ceiling line.
Can surface and recessed components be mixed on one project?
The catalogue uses dedicated component sets for surface and recessed installation. Mixing them within one continuous run is not assumed, so list each installation method separately and request the matching item list for both.
Do adapters fit rails from other suppliers?
Do not assume compatibility. Rail cross-section, conductor position and adapter geometry differ between standards. Confirm the rail, adapter and luminaire as one system using the current drawing and an approved sample.
What does the export reference range cover?
The export reference range lists the established rail families together with their typical lengths, colours and track construction. It is a planning reference — confirm the current drawing and compatibility before quotation or installation.
Which information is needed for a track system quotation?
Send the electrical platform, profile standard, rail lengths, mounting method, colour, required adapters and accessories, target market and quantity so the correct current drawing package can be issued.
