Customisation applies to lighting track systems and the track lights used with them. Projects can specify the light source, the driver, or a required warranty period.

We prepare a solution proposal together with a development cost and bill of materials (BOM) for the requested configuration. Work starts after the proposal is agreed.

Optical and finish options are confirmed per model and per project. Send the required beam angle or finish so feasibility and tooling implications can be reviewed.

No. HAOTAI does not currently hold UL or ETL listing, and no UL or ETL claim is made anywhere on this website. Buyers who require North American listing must plan for their own approval route.

Low-voltage magnetic track systems do not currently hold a separate certificate of their own. Track components supplied with them are covered to the extent stated on the certificates page.

No. Certificates name specific model ranges. The track system documents name the rail platforms; the spotlight certificates name the models listed on the certificates page. Check the model range on each document before relying on it.

Yes. IES files for the whole TL01–TL05 track light range are published for direct download on the <a href="/downloads/">downloads page</a> — sixteen models, 3000K CRI 90, in IES LM-63-2002 format for DIALux evo and Relux. They are preliminary optical design models, not LM-79 measurements, and each file states this in its header. For models outside that list, send the model numbers and the software you use and we will prepare the file set.

The published TL track light files are free to download from the <a href="/downloads/">downloads page</a>. For everything else — measured LM-79 reports, drawings, datasheets or files for other models — email manager@fshaotai.cn with the exact model numbers and the document type you need. Model, market and quantity help us return the correct revision. Each product page also has a "Request quote or documents" link that opens an enquiry for that model.

Yes. Current drawings are used to confirm dimensions, component compatibility and electrical configuration. Request the drawing for the exact model and version you intend to order.

The latest approved drawing, the applicable certificates for the named models, the sample of the agreed configuration and the commercial terms of the order. Where an older catalogue reference differs from the current drawing, the current drawing takes priority.

Send the product family or exact model, target market, required quantity against the applicable minimum order quantity, application, colour, dimensions and the required electrical or optical configuration. Drawings, reference images and samples reduce the number of revision rounds.

A single-circuit rail controls the connected luminaires as one switched group. A three-circuit rail can assign luminaires on the same rail to different switched groups, which is useful for flexible commercial layouts.

Do not assume interchangeability. Rail dimensions, conductor positions and adapter geometry vary. Confirm the rail, adapter and luminaire as a compatible system using current drawings and samples.
